I have a new Asus All in One ET2410 IUTS B034C 23.6 inch desktop. It comes partitioned into C and D drives With only 80 gigs in the C drive and 365 Gigs in the data D drive. This seems to limit what I can load onto it.

Is there a way to use my old Asus desktop which has 2 Hard Drives and connect to this All in One and use them as external data drives. Can my old tower connect with Usb's or HDMI's or some other way?

Yes, Remove the old drives from the desktop and place them in an external eSATA/USB box($29), then connect that to the new AllinONe.
