If your friend has a website that he can upload them to, (like a Google account), he could upload them there and grant you access to the files, (if you also have a Google account).
If not, he can simply email them to you as attachments as individual MGU files or he could zip them to a single file.

These RealTracks includes “Soul Jazz” with Neil Swainson (bass), Mike Clark (drums), Charles Treadway (organ), Miles Black (piano), and Brent Mason (guitar).
