Yes, i would do like this:

- set the first soloist on the solois track

- right click on the first bar of your song and select "bar settings for bar 1"

- on the first line (setting apply to chorus #) select chorus 1

- go to the soloist line, below, and select "mute" in the drop-down menu, if only melody is playing on the first chorus.

- select chorus 2 above and "back to normal" in soloist line.

- Now select the 3 chorus and click on the "real tracks" button, in the middle of the window.

- In the dialog window select soloist track and click on the "change" button.

- So on for other changes.
