When I take all the tracks from BIAB into my sequencer, even if there are Real Drums, there is also a MIDI drum track generated. I strip out all 'drum' sounds from that MIDI drum track, leaving only percussion I might want, such as triangle, conga, or shaker (my stuff is mostly Brazilian). However, since the drum track is still there, it is easy to manually add back a cymbal hit here and there, and some tom tom fills.
