You can do this in Real Band, by saving the song as a SEQ file with Preferences set in the metronome tab. You have to erase the count-in on the drum track if you don't want a audible count. Not exactly what you want done in Biab, but for me RB would be better for live, cause once saved songs they are ready to play with no generation.
