Dear Biab Developers And PgMusic At-Large --
Biab is awesome!!!
I just cannot say it enough and cannot thank you enough.
This program is SO good for practicing and learning music it is ridiculous.
It saves time, it removes distractions, it helps organize, it helps timing, it helps reading, it helps with dynamics, it preps one for playing live, etc, etc, etc.
When I just step back a minute and look at what Biab is and how it helps, it is utterly amazing.
What is more is that I am novice Biab user, using only about (I am guessing) 10% or 20% of the programs functionality.
I had Biab a long time ago, maybe 7-10 years ago, and I thought it was great then. And it was great. Then, I had to take about a 5 year break from music (long story). At the start of this year, 2012, I starting coming back to music and it has been a real joy to find Biab alive-and-well and getting better-and-better.
Thanks so much for this GREAT piece of software.
-- Mark Kamoski

And the entire staff gives you the feeling that you, the customer, are paying their wages. Praise of PG Music begins, in earnest, when you have a technical problem and contact Tech Support for help. Such dedication to their customers gives me Canada goosebumps.

There is not another company on the planet who even aopproaches the service you get from these folks. We tracked down a problem for months to the point where one of the tech came into my computer to watch as I controlled things to create a very specific error condition. And the best part, they are NOT ashamed to admit when they find a bug. AND they are quick to fix it!

There’s no doubt that BIAB is a wonderful software program.
The thing that’s most striking to me is that no one besides Peter Gannon had the foresight to create a backing tracks program for serious musicians and newbies all wrapped into one.
I’m not aware of a single competitor for this market and PG is so far ahead of anyone else that I can’t see another company trying to take them on.
So here’s to Peter and the PG staff.

I brought 80 blankets to the Humane Society for the animals from money I made playing out with RealBand.I couldn't do that if it wasn't for this program.

Backing tracks is a wonderful idea Bob. I know loads of musicians who use them. They're not cheap and often quality is very poor. Back on topic..... I've learnt more about music from biab than I ever knew when I was gigging full-time. Learn something new almost every time I open the programme.

I’m hoping that the introduction of MIDI Super Tracks will lead to BIAB being more customizable for backing tracks. I’m still on 2009, so I haven’t caught up yet for financial reasons.
But the idea is intriguing. Being able to manipulate all 5 tracks note by note would be outstanding and allow you to create backing tracks to your choosing. Having a massive library of Super Tracks in a huge variety of styles would be another major leap for BIAB.

Mario is right on. PG's software is beyond compare. Thru our forum member/mentors what is learned thru reading and listening and special links given is right up there.
In my recent almost 2 year journey with BIAB/RB the advice has leapfrogged me way beyond what was expected.
+1 on Mark's posting, and a big +1 for the forum mentors.

This product is everything and more than what i expected when I finally ran across it. It has taken my musical abilities to the next level. I went from a guy with a guitar who could sing to a guy with a few guitars, bass, keyboard, lap steel (and soon drums) who can sing and record with a great band behind me!
