And thanks for confirming what I thought about where to put it in the signal chain: once in awhile, I get it right. 
The funny thing is that in ALL the research I've done BBE is the only one that recommends it before the EQ.Then I found other info and they recommend after. I think the 362 is their original unit and they themselves have discovered that last in the chain is best but have not updated the manual for the 362.
BTW Matt it's been my experience that you've gottin' it right more then once in awhile.
