If you are using the same slot and did not uninstall the drivers for the previous card, this may cause a conflict.
Is the RBus disabled? If so it shouldn't show in list.
One thing to try is to delete the Realband.INI and RB.CFG (Both in Realband folder)and restart RB to make the program re-create the drivers list. Note that doing this will put the program back to factory default settings.
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome
