Other JC, so glad that you are finally getting a measure of relief. That tiny gland is critical to our general well-being. I heard the author, a Medical Doctor, interviewed on Seattle talk radio during my morning commute and I was so convinced that he was on the right track that I stopped and bought his book, SOLVED: The Riddle Of Illness! After reading it, my wife was able to convince her doctor to run some additional tests (T3 and T4) and subsequently determined that her thyroid was way out of whack. We would not have suspected the need for further testing had it not been for the book.

My wife has been on thyroid medication ever since and feels much better now. The standard tests showed her thyroid as "low normal" so no replacement medication would have been given and her hypothyroidism would have gone undetected and untreated.

I noticed that Amazon has a Kindle version for 10 Loonies. Could well be the best 10 bux you've ever spent, especially when considering that your thyroid is acknowledged to be a "krispy critter."

Just sayin'...
