Hello,
Selecting the menu item to return to factory settings does essentially the same thing as deleting those two files. One useful feature in Band-in-a-Box 2009 is the menu item Opt. | Save Preferences As.. After setting the program up with the custom settings you like, you can use that option, then you can load in the same prefs later. Perhaps you had enabled Opt | Preferences | Transpose -- each time a song is loaded, tranpose to the key of...
