kelso Journeyman Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 479	Comodo Firewall, free, (http://personalfirewall.comodo.com/) has a check box on its control screen "Stop All Traffic". You can also select "Block All" with a right click to its system tray icon. I think that is what you are looking for.
