Okay, I think BIAB is a great product, however, I just purchased the previous version of BIAB, and within six months they release a new version. So, I wrote to PG MUSIC and stated that I thought it was wrong to charge full price for an upgrade, considering the fact that I just purchased the software less than six months ago. I think they should do free upgrades, UNLESS it is a Major upgrade. Then it should be offered at discounted price, like most other companies. I feel that there is no concern with customers who already purchased the product. Full price for an upgrade? Really?

There is no UI improvements (it still looks like something some rookie programmer would have created in the 80's) it is definitely not the most user friendly software out there. Sorry PG, I like the idea of the software and I think it is great for many reasons, but, if you do not offer discounted upgrades, I think you've got your heads facing the wrong direction.

We are musicians, and you have created a product that benefits us, thank you for that, but please reconsider the way you present your product.
