As others have noted, the upgrade is sold at FAR less than the full price. In addition, you don't have to buy the upgrade...or a new full version for that matter.

Quite a few folks make do with what they have for a year or two...or until some feature or set of features are offered that the user considers "must haves" at which point...you pay the price and get what you pay for. (-:

Personally, I have no problem with the way PG prices its products. To each his own, of course.
