Maybe I'm missing something obvious, but I don't seem to be able to enter an E flat chord into the chord window. If I type in "eb" and hit Enter, it's ignored. Is there another way to enter this chord?

Don't know why you can't enter Eb. Even if I'm in the key of D#, I can still enter an Eb. You might try a "Return to Factory Settings". Later, Ray

Any chance you might be entering "EB" instead of "Eb"? Check caps lock key. Just a thought.

I have a feeling my Alt or Ctrl key must have been stuck or something like that. After a while it just started working again. Thanks everyone for the suggestions.

Don't hit enter. Just use the mouse or arrow keys. Type and move. type and move.

One of the simplest and more useful tips I got from Mac a couple of years ago was to just take the plastic top off the "Caps Lock" key.... even if the cap is off, you can still engage the key with your little finger if you need to, pressing straight down.
May vary from Keyboard to keyboard, but I doubt it.

Since, if you remove the plastic cap a metal lever would be exposed, you could add eletric shock from a 9 V battery to train the user not to push that button...or for the less brave...a loud siren or "oogah horn."

No, actually, there is no exposed metal, but there is a soft plastic cushion or overlay.
However, I am always careful to say "A-Ooga" when I press it.
