I have a midi file that I created in Finale. When I import it into BIAB as a melody, there are eighth note rests that are gone, with the preceding notes being lengthened by an eight beat. I've imported lots of other midi files from Finale this way without this issue. Has anyone experienced this sort of behavior and is there a way to prevent it from happening?
