There are several.

First, try putting a Hold on that last chord, using three dots after it (ex. Dm7...)

The real trick, though, is to make your song longer than the fadeout for the hold should be. Sometimes this means adding measures to the song, or more likely, to the length of the tag. Also in the Tag Settings, there is a checkbox to use 4-bar endings if you want the program to do the ending for you. This is actually a two-bar ending but with two more bars to let it 'ring out'.

If you need the precise commands to do some of these, let us know. I'm not in front of a BIAB computer now and don't want to guess.

Also, it would help us if you can tell us more. Are you using RealTracks, MIDI, or both? Do all the tracks cut off?
