Matt, which one of the start menu programs do you use? I'm getting ready to install Win8 on at least one of my computers (I figure I can always go back to Win7). Start menu is important to me, as I have many apps installed, but don't necessarily want all of them visible on the start page (especially for utilities I only use occasionally).
And from what I've seen, it seems to me that running Windows 8 apps (formerly metro apps) in full screen only kinds of defeats the whole purpose of why Windows came about in the first place. Just sayin'...

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
