Assuming the RT you want supports Holds? In the RealTrack Picker, your instrument should have a number in the Hold column.
At the chord you wish to hold, open the Chord Settings (Alt F5). Change the rest type to Hold Chord and choose which instrument to hold (or exclude from hold). That should do it.
