I don't use BiaB directly on gigs, because I think that it isn't quite good enough for "prime time". But I do use BiaB, export to a MIDI file, import to a sequencer (Master Tracks Pro), add things that aren't available, mix with a half dozen or so sound modules, record as audio (Power Tracks Pro) and bring the final mp3 backing track files to the gig on a laptop.
