An updated version of the Jaws scripts for BIAB is now available. Some of the fixes and improvements include:
1. Improved the speaking of bars and chords during navigation and playback so that this is now more accurate and responsive.
2. Removed the key conflicts with the script Shift+Control+key hotkeys and the BIAB hotkeys in the synth settings dialog.
3. In the synth settings dialog, the Tab and Shift+Tab keys now move between the various combo boxes for selecting the synth as well as the audio and synth effects.
4. Added speaking options for BIAB in the Jaws options tree (JawsKey+V). From this options list you can now toggle on and off both the speaking of special BIAB hotkeys as well as the speaking of bars and chords during playback.
5. Changed the Control+JawsKey+K hotkey so that it toggles on and off the speaking of bars and chords during playback. Previously this hotkey simply muted and unmuted speech for all speech output (as can already be done with Jaws). As mentioned above, this can also now be toggled using the Jaws options tree.
6. The BIAB UI does not respond to Tab and Shift+Tab according to the standard Windows Navigation conventions when in a set of radio buttons. Therefore, I fixed the behavior of navigation in and out of sets of radio buttons so that they now respond properly to the conventional Windows navigation keystrokes. Without this modification Tab and Shift+Tab were modifying the selection in a set of radio buttons rather than keeping the selection the same and moving out of the set of radio buttons.
7. Fixed minor problems with speaking held chords and multiple chords in a given half measure.
8. Updated the documentation in the Jaws help (insert+h) that reflects these changes.
A zip archive containing the latest Jaws scripts can be downloaded from:

Enjoy!
