This isn’t RB it is Kontakt. I know because the same thing can happen with Sonar and Kontakt.
Assign whatever CC you are using for volume, usually CC2, CC7 or CC11 to the Kontakt instrument’s volume slider then send a CC message to Kontakt via RB. You will have to include that CC message in your RB track.
I hope this helps.
PS - I know that there are other ways to do this in Kontakt but this works the best for me.

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
