Sometimes regenerating a few measures around the spot helps with sounds that shouldn't be there. Sometimes not, at least in my experience. At times I've been able to zoom in and carefully surgically edit out a little blooper and sometimes not. If the above doesn't work you might try eq or running it through an amp sim to change the sound or try another real track. Also the closer you are to the native tempo of the track the better the sound you'll get too.
