This is my normal way of doing composer's demo songs.

I assume when you say 'Cakewalk' you mean SONAR. If you are using some other Cakewalk product, then please specify.

I use SONAR instead of Real Band or Power Tracks only because I learned SONAR first.

From BIAB, I save the song as MIDI and also save the Real Tracks as individual instrument files. I import all these into SONAR, then edit and mix.
