For simplicity I burned the backup tracks to a CD, and used a Sony single disc audio component CD player ($20 on craigslist!) plugged into the PA. After my regular acoustic/vocal routine for the first 2 1/2 hours, I finished the last 45 min with BIAB backup. Sounded great. Actually had people dancing to the tunes! For the moment I'll stick with this setup, until I have a larger selection of tunes, and a little more computer expertice.
Now I need to find a good CD burner, but I'll post that separately.
