Hola maestro Carlos,
Tengo una guitarra Strato Roland MIDI ready, y quiero usarla en Band in a box, quisiera saber que interface me recomendarían. He visto varias pero no me atrevo a comprar hasta consultar, y se que ud. trabaja con esa tecnología. Gracias.

Hola David! gusto en verte por aqui estos dias. Existen en el mercado algunas ociones , no muchas, pero entre ellas hay dos que son las mas sobresalientes: AXON http://www.axon-technologies.net/index.php?name=EZCMS&menu=1&page_id=1 y ROLAND, mi seleccion personal fué el ROLAND GI-20 GK-MIDI INTERFACE http://www.rolandus.com/products/details/563 , el cual es una unidad convertidora de la señal hexafonica proveniente de la pastilla GK3 o equivalente, el GI-20 no tiene sonidos, debes conectarlo a un sintetizador o a tu PC con sintetizadores virtuales. Sin embargo ambas marcas son extraordinarias y tienen cada una sus seguidores y adeptos. Igual yo he probado las Axon y pude concluir que obtendria los mismos resultados con ambas siempre y cuando sean configuradas y ajustadas con cuidado de acuerdo a tus preferencias personales y el tipo de guitarra o pastilla MIDI que tengas, igualmente tu tecnica como ejecutante sera crucial al configurar dichos convertidores. Por cierto Roland tiene varios equipos que ha lanzado a lo largo del tiempo, los cuales son al mismo tiempo convertidor MIDI y módulo de sonidos, como los famosos GR-33 y GR-20, y actualmente su tope de linea, el GR-55. Espero haberte ayudado con eso, por aqui te dejo a continuacion el enlace a un video que hice con una de mis guitarras la cual le incorporé la pastilla GK-3 conectada al GI-20 de Roland y este a mi PC con Band in a Box, con la finalidad de demostrar las caracteristicas de scoring y creacion de partituras por medio de una guitarra MIDI y el programa. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8VxCPlfV1lASaludos y suerte David !
