I could be wrong, but I suspect that the "master_realtracks_installer" is what comes on the USB hard drive. For the download, just run the downloaded file and install each group of RealTracks separately.

Digihouse, if you go to your download page, it will tell you how long the links are good for. Personally, I would go ahead and download the files and install them, because in a few days, they will put out a patch file that fixes the problems that have been reported. Generally the problems are with the large files (RealTracks/RealDrums) themselves, but with the little text files that describe them or point to them in some way. That way, the fix file won't generally be a huge download, but a much smaller file that expects that you have already installed the previous downloads.

If you are concerned about it, and you have sufficient disk space, remember that you can make a backup copy of your previous BIAB version before installing 2013 by copying it to a new folder, and then all you have to do is create a shortcut to the old BBW.EXE file.
