The Melodist would be easier than the Soloist for sight reading.
If the Melodist generated has been at a slow tempo (ie likely a 16th note based style), you could try Edit-Expand, which will expand the music so that the notation has half of the information per bar, and may be easier to read (you might need to change styles to make it sound optimum)
