Suddenly this afternoon, when I play a BIAB file, the song plays but I don't hear it - not thru the built in speakers; not thru the headphones. Volume is set to 90. I don't know of anything I did to make a change. It's not the sound card, itself. Windows media player plays files with full output. I've even taken the step of resetting everything to factory settings, rebooted the system, etc. It must have been something simple since I don't remember doing anything that I don't do every other time I used BIAB. Any ideas???

If you are using the Dxi syth check the settings for that, sometimes all the volumes end up at zero for no real reason.

Check Win Sounds and Audio Devices also. Sometimes the sounds get muted for no reason. Later, Ray

Greetings,
Whenever something like this happens to me, I do the following:
1. Reboot ( many times this is all you need to do)
2. After opening BIAB, check your midi settings for Output, making sure they haven´t changed.
3. Return to Factory settings
4. Delete Ïnterface.BBW
If all that hasn´t resolved the issue, a quick click on the Live Help button will get you through to the good folks at tech support here at PG music.
