1) is this an objective 3rd person song, or is this about your personal experience? I'll withhold any comments until I know the answer to the first question.
2) I deduce from your cartoon (w/lab coat?) and "by Doc K" that you may be a doctor from Minnesota? And if so, the best-known medical facility in Minnesota is the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. Do you work there?
If that is true, I have a sister and two nieces who work at the Mayo... it would be amazing if you knew any of them.
3) I like the new title better than the original title!

-what was the inspiration for this song?
-tell us a little about the production of your recording.
..and can you post the full lyrics?
This type of song category...I would call it serious social reflection...and done with such a positive/happy spin...well it's all very unusual..surprisingly so!
It's interesting because the song structure, chord structure, even melody--they aren't overly adventuresome--making them exactly right for this song, so that the listener is guided completely to the message of the lyric.
