Well won't be buying this year but in last two years I belive £13 or so for hard drive when they delivered.

I would check this if I were you,

1 what price did PG put on customs declaration as regards value of delivery?
2 I think its 20% vat plus a delivery charge on our side.

I would be interested to know how they worked it out, maybe you might repost the info as to how its worked out a warning to us on this side of the pond users.
