Yes, Band-in-a-Box is very flexible in this regard. If you get another language support (e.g. Russian), then this will be a .dll and a few other support files. You can go back and forth between Russian and English using the menu-Options-Language.
If your language support isn't current (eg. Russian language support 2011, but Band-in-a-Bo program 2013), this is no problem, and BB will just use English phrases for whatever it can't find in Russian.
