Earlier this year I had a nightmare with my MAC, for which I was given a replacement download and then, I upgraded to Mountain Lion and had some more issues and it also effected my back up USB drive which had been plugged in. That left me with no BIAB software, either on my MAC or backup drive!

Now I've kept meaning to get around to saying thanks, but work and other issues have been jumping in the way.

But here is the thanks. I contacted support and Kent and Ricardo from support bent over backwards to get my system sorted and provide me the correct downloads so I could get on with making music. No fuss, no bother, just "What's your problem? And here is a solution."

I always thought BIAB felt pricey to me, but when support was needed it was there, and I personally found it so good as to easily cover the price I paid, and I recently and happily upgraded to 2012.5 on that very basis.
