I'm just guessing what this post means.

Do you see a blue bar at the beginning of those measures, and lots of grey space to the right of them?

If I am correct, perhaps you meant to enter a chord, but clicked on the measure number instead of inside the cell where you would enter a chord? If so, it means you inserted a part marker for the "A" substyle in each of those measures. Click on the measure number again, and it cycles to Green, then nothing, then Blue, then Green etc. indicating A and B substyles for Blue and Green, respectively. In most measures except the beginnings of song sections, click on the measure number until you do NOT see any colored bar. The measures will re-align and close up the 'holes'.

BIAB also has a setting that helps prevent some of the empty grey space, even when you do want lots of part markers. If This sounds like something you want, write back. Otherwise, can you please try describing this problem again?
