Though by our age, it doesn't take much "escorting" any more....

Quite contraire my friend.

At my age I need all the “escorting” I can get

Doc-take it easy John this is just a sharp scalpel. It will not cut deep so don't worry.

Geez Eddie, you don't need to go anywhere, we all know your are the only guy here in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. And all you needed was cabfare to get there!

(Good one eh?)

So now you can't leave.

Now here we are the in the Diabetics Hall of Fame, the actual birthplace of insulin. They even have Dr. Banting's House preserved as a museum. But Cleveland, that's another matter all together.

You even have Parma, the birthplace of parmesan ...? No that's too cheesy for me. But Goulardi was my hero, and that right there trumps some old guy who whacked you over a post.

As for me I havn't been whacked since my old man found my playboy collection, and I was 13, and very small for my age. Those magazines ended up hurting me, and then one of the centrefolds lost her staples and fluttered open on the floor. I escaped.

So what's the word? Can we start a new forum for that guy or what?

Actually when I was at the hall last I made a cell phone call and used the phrase "I am in the Rick and Roll Hall of Fame." For that few hours, it was true. Note the careful wording to avoid saying I am a MEMBER...."

Actually Parma still houses some great kielbasi and pierogi places!

Turn blue, knif!!

Now head down to Dundas and find me Sammy's Souvlaki! Stand in front of the web cam and wave.

Sammy's has so many souvlaki stands in town I'd need better instructions. Dundas? Hm...

Big business here when the bars let out. 40,000 university students. All need food after beer.

But I did learn how to make souvlaki, and cheat the tax man at the same time.

Register left pocket, register, left pocket. 5 bucks a shot. But half the supplies from the left pocket, use a cheque for the other 1/2. 5 Bucks register, 5 bucks left pocket.

There was a location that had a webcam. I don't know which one it was, but if there is a "downtown", that's where it was. I once got an email from my friend Julie saying to tune into that came at noon on a specific day. I did so at the specified time and there she was with a big sign that said HI EDDIE. She stood there for like 15 minutes and I did screen dump after screen dump to email them to her so she knew I saw it. Man that had to be like 1990-91 or so when webcams were new and exciting and would only do still captures sent every minute or so. Now we video conference.

The Jetsons DID come true.

Eddie can leave if he wants, but I don't think that was the intent of his original post.

I seem to recall a certain poster said if he could remove every post he ever did here; he would (my memory says the implication was to disassociate himself from here)

I think Eddie was trying to help him out (nice guy that he is) and the mods have took care of it already.

I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome
