Typically when you bring in a midi file all part get put in a milti track on the Melody. You can click on the green SEQ button to look at the individual channels. They style is loaded with an XStylename which disables the style.
In the Multi-Track dialogue you can re change setting, and you can turn on and off play back of certain channels. You can also delete channels. If you determine which channel has the melody you can delete the others and then exit. You will be prompted to turn the melody back to a single track. Say yes and then right click on the style to enable the style.
Now you can select a BIAB style and save as a BIAB version.
