Hi.
Having the same problem and the files have to be regenerated from the Ipad while on the wireless network. Found that 3/4 timed songs are the ones that don't come thru from BB2GO conversions. Had the same problem with several Android apps which had to have all files regenerated from the pad or phone and no Fix was ever offered by biab support after several emails and sending them several files. So, lots of luck getting anything resolved.
