I've had the same problem before. The quick fix I've found is to edit the BBW.LST file and make sure there is one single blank line after the last entry at the bottom of the file. Then rebuild the style list and the LS3 files should appear. If the BBW.LST file is missing the blank line after the last entry or there are extraneous extra blank lines, it doesn't always show the LS3 files. This was supposed to be fixed for 2013.
