Hi All!

I am really enjoying the new features in BIAB since I first started using it way back in 2008. The program has come an incredibly long way since then.
Since the implementation of "Real Tracks and Real Drums" I have been constantly trying to find new and more creative ways to incorporate these into my own personal recordings.

One aspect of this that I haven't yet been able to figure out is, "micro-editing" of the Real Drums!

What I'd like to do is be able to import specific samples of the drum tracks (rolls, cymbal crashes, 1-2 measure beat variations, etc) and export them into a song that has already been imported into my DAW.
The drum tracks sound fine as they are, but I could be a lot more creative with specific ideas I have musically if I had the ability to "micro-edit" these Real Drum tracks.

If this is possible, I'd love to know how I can accomplish this, so anyone with "experience" in this area of Real Drum editing please respond.

Thanks so much.

Harpo
