Wanted to add some updates here to a few cool tools which I thought I would pass on in case they can help others work in the forum. Add more if you have them.

1) http://www.imageshack.us/
If you don't host your own website and server in order to upload images so you can post the images in forums, I found this site/sevice to be excellent for doing just that. Free and easy. You can upload and then obtain a URL to whatever you place there to post in the forum.

2) http://www.dropbox.com
Another free service, you just have to register for the account. This allows you to upload any file type including (mp3, BIAB, or RB).

3) licecap is a free program to capture animated gifs. This can be used to upload to imagesshack and then link to in the forum to illustrate exactly what needs to be seen. It is offered by our friends at Cockos Inc., and is well used in the Reaper forums.
