Hi,
This depends on the context (function of the chord) and the key you are in. Fmaj7sus2 would have the notes: F, G, C, E. From the pure theory point of view, I would call it Fmaj7add9, even though the 3rd is omitted. Depending on the function and the key, in BIB I would use either Fmaj9, or, if you really hate having even a possibility of the major 3rd being present - C/F. C/F gives you all and only the notes you are after.
