Bonjour,
C'est un vieux problème que je n'ai jamais résolu : Biab me joue des accords 7èmes sur certaines mesures où je ne les ai jamais demandés. J'ai coché "Forcer arrangement simple" mais ça n'a aucun effet.
Quelqu'un connait la solution ?

Je crois que j'ai vu quelque chose comme ca sur le forum anglais.
Je demenderai de mes amis en USA et je retournerai. Cette technologie est genial!

Je suis rétourne deja. J'ai la réponse, mais c'est pas la réponse que tu voudrais.
Il parait que c'est pas une erreur mais une caracteristique de quelque "styles". C'est principalement "blues" et "jazz".

Merci pour la recherche et pour la réponse. Effectivement, ça ne m'arrange pas. Même dans les styles "country" j'ai des accords 7 forcés que je ne trouve pas très heureux...
La seule solution, donc, c'est de bricoler la piste avec Realband !
Sinon, ton français s'améliore à chaque message ! Je vais continuer à poser des questions stupides pour te faire travailler un peu !

Maintenant, j'ai plus des reseignements de Matt en USA. C'est tres difficile en francais parce qu'il y a quelques mots que je ne sais pas, mais j'essaierai.
Il a dit qu'il faut aller a le menu OPTIONS - PREFERENCES - REALTRACKS. Alors, il y a une boite ou tu peux ajouter les accords 7èmes. Ne cochez pas la case.
Tu peux comprendre ceci?
J'espere que tu peux continuer à poser des questions. C'est bon a pratiquer!

Bonjour Carolan,
s'cusez moi, Msieurs-Dames je n'ai pas compris la question/le problème...
Si je charge, par exemple le style _CSWNGMD (!) avec sa démo,
(c'est un morceau country)j'ai effectivement un morceau en tonalté A (La) et j'ai des C7
(Do7)qui sont automatiquement placés (sorry, pas de cédille sur mon clavier teuton).
Mais bien sur, je peux aussitot "régler" ce problème en
1) mode manuel: je remplace les C7 par des C,
2) mode auto si j'ai "beaucoup" de C: Menu Edit/Chords settings (sorry again, je travaille sur la version anglais), mais dans ma liste cela se trouve sous "jazz down the chords".
Aussitot le calme revient et les vilains C7 ont disparus. Bib joue bien un C (Do).
Problème résolu? Ou bien j'ai rien compris?

Bonsoir, Ben t'es pas loin mais c'est pas tout-à-fait ça ; apparemment toi tu vois des C7 (ou autres) dans ta grille d'accord, moi j'ai saisi un C et c'est bien un C que je vois. Mais quand ça joue, j'entends sans équivoque un C7... J'ai coché "Forcer jeu simple" et j'ai décoché "Triades jouées en 7éme" mais rien n'y fait. On ne peut rien joindre aux messages sur ce forum sinon je t'aurais fait entendre... NB : il y a quelque chose qui me surprend dans ta réponse : tu dis qu'il y a des C7 automatiquement placés (j'ai la cédille mais y'en a pas besoin  ). Moi je n'ai que les accords que je saisis... qu'est-ce que c'est que tes accords automatiques ? Merci pour ta réponse.

OK, maintenant j'ai compris ton problème...
Pas de réponse immédiate, mais je vais vérifier...
En ce qui concerne la deuxième partie, nous avons la confirmation que toute communication est difficile! Bien que parlant/écrivant la même langue, on dit/écrit quelque chose et "l'autre" comprend autre chose (oui, je sais, je philosophe à mes heures!!).
En fait j'utilise d'abord BiB pour "écouter" des morceaux de musique dans tous les styles disponibles. Pour chacun des styles, il y a une démo correspondante et je n'ai pas encore écouté les >3000 que j'ai en stock... (Bien que je pratique le BiB depuis 5 ou 6 ans.)
Je prends donc un style, ouvre la démo correspondante et écoute le chef d'oeuvre en sautant d'un instrument à l'autre ou simplement basse et batterie, ou j'ajoute ou remplace des instruments etc... Je m'éclate (have fun, comme ils disent!)
Je fais aussi mes propres compositions, mais c'est plus rare car en régle générale, je n'ai pas assez de temps pour expérimenter.
Donc, pour revenir à mon propos, je t'ai simplement sorti un "exemple":
- prenez le style _CSWNGMD,
- ouvrez la démo correspondante (pavé "Démo", en haut, au milieu, dans le Style picker)
et voila vous avez une démo complète avec tous ses accords...
Dans cette démo particulière au style sus-dit (j'ai pris celle-la au hasard parceque tu avais mentionné un style "country), il y a 2 C7 et Bib joue vraimment des 7emes qui vont (je trouve) parfaitement... Comme j'ai expliqué, en changeant le C7 en C, BiB joue maintenant un Cdur (Majeur) tout à fait correct...

Bon, suite et fin:
Comme j'ai dit j'ai ouvert la démo en question et changé les C7 en C. BiB suit mes instructions à la lettre. OK.
Maintenant je supprime la démo en pressant "new" (nouveau morceau). J'obtiens donc une page blanche et je rentre les accords suivants:
C-C-C7-C7
G-G7-F-C
et presse "play" (chauffe Marcel!).
BiB joue ma guimauve et fait bien la différence entre les C et les C7 aussi bien sur
la guitare acoustique "strumming Hank" que sur la guitare acoustique "picking Hank" qui sont deux instruments associés à ce style country et que j'ai mis en mode solo.
Donc si Biab ne joue que des 7emes chez toi, c'est que tu as quelque part (mais où??!!) un "crochet" de trop.
Par exemple, sous Edit/"song settings", tu as un choix (en bas à gauche) "song override"
et une fois que tu es passé sous "song override" tu peux cocher en bas "simple arrangment", avec les deux alternatives Pop-country ou jazz.
Peut être as tu coché l'option jazz par mégarde?
Si ce n'est pas un truc comme ca (là, il y aurait grand besoin de la cédille!),tu peux, si tu es courageux, remettre BiaB dans son état initial
(faire un re-set) avec menu Opt./return to factory settings.
Cela fera peut être "sauter" l'option "7emes".

D'accord pour la démo, j'aurais du y penser tout seul.
Pour le reste, l'option dont tu parles est bien décochée chez moi ("Forcer arrangement simple" en français)... Ce que je n'ai pas dit assez clairement, c'est que ce sont seulement quelques accords majeurs qui sont joués 7ème alors que je ne l'ai pas demandé, disons 1 ou 2 cas pour quelques dizaines de mesures... si je refais la génération des realtracks, les accords joués 7ème à tort ne sont plus au même endroit... ce qui me laisse à penser que c'est une particularité de certains styles, comme me le suggérait Rog plus haut dans ce fil...
Je vais retrouver quelques-uns des styles qui provoquent ce problème, et je vais poser la question directement à PG... Je reviendrai sur le forum si j'apprends quelque chose !

Je pense que c'est une particularité du style choisi.... surtout si la guitariste qui a joué la ou les guitares avait un accord de Fa qui suivait le Do sur la suite d'accords à jouer. Il a pu être tenté par habitude de fair un C7, alors que toi ce n'est pas nécessaiement F qui suit le C7

With Band-in-a-Box® 2026, we've released 202 incredible new RealTracks (in sets 468-488) in a variety of genres—featuring your most requested styles!
Jazz, Funk & World (Sets 468-475):
Our new jazz, funk & blues RealTracks include a groovin’ collection of RealTracks and RealDrums! These include more requested “soul jazz” RealTracks featuring artists Neil Swainson (bass), Charles Treadway (organ), Brent Mason (guitar), and Wes Little (drums). There are new “smooth jazz” styles (4), which include a RealTracks first: muted trumpet, as well as slick new smooth jazz brushes options for drums. Blues lovers will be thrilled—there are more “classic acoustic blues” styles, including guitar (5), bass (4), and drums (10) with blues master Colin Linden, featuring understated and tasty background acoustic soloing, plus brushes drums and acoustic bass. There is also a potpourri (14) of bouzouki, guitars, banjo, and more, perfect for adding texture and character to contemporary acoustic arrangements. We’ve added funky country guitar (5) with PG favorite Brent Mason, along with classic pedal steel styles (5) featuring steel great Doug Jernigan.
