Just to confirm, same problem here (build 366/Win7x64).
The data appear to be in the target track, because they show up in notation and in the piano roll (and the channel disappears from the sequencer if it was a "move"), and the target track (non-melody/soloist)is frozen, as it should be. But it doesn't trigger the sound source. (The data can actually be moved back again from one of the regular tracks to either the soloist or melodist, and then they *do* trigger sound.)
Would appreciate hearing if the feature works fully for anyone. -Ron
