I know there are some on the forum for whom a Sound Blaster works fine, but it's not a serious soundcard for recording. In my opinion, it is not up to the quality of the rest of the components you have cited. For as little as $100 you can get something like a M-Audio 2496 PCI card, if you have a legacy PCI slots in that new machine. If not, since you have six USB ports, there are USB external soundcards. Do you have a budget for the soundcard?

You'll like having a 24" monitor! I like Antec cases, too; they are relatively quiet, although the brand of power supply has a lot to do with that.

You'll also need some monitors (speakers). You didn't mention that; do you have some already?

ps this is not really appropriate for the BIAB Wishlist forum. You would get more responses in the Off-topic forum.
