Usually I go through a ton of rt's and like to roll my own so to speak but the set of rt's PG put together for soul60s is so on target. I may have to move up a decade and try doing something with the seventies rt's too.

what a great idea for a song, and you're the perfect person to pull it off!
Though you refer to it as "sixties girl groups", it's also a good match for what's referred to around here as "beach music". So, in case you have a strong desire to spend your retirement years playing music in Myrtle Beach SC, write more of this genre, and you'll be good to go!
I thought the horns fit perfectly with the mood of the song
I especially liked the "responses" (the little one word comments thrown in by the background singers)
Gladys Knight has her Pips... you should think up a name for your BG singers

"pussycats" came immediately to mind there Pat, but hey that is what happens when you raise a couple girls. Here i am 20 years later and cartoons are scampering around in my head unchecked!!!

Nice work Josie. I like that style! I also listened to "Girl It's Gone" yesterday. It got me down a little bit...such a sad sentiment (cute Pig though). Thank goodness, this one picked me right back up again! Of course, they were both well done.
