Your reverbnation link keeps sending me to the sign in page. I’m not a member! However your soundclick link worked fine.

This is a really good song. Strong vocals! Loved that B3! Was that you on the guitar lead? That sounded great IMO.

A perfect end of the gig song!

Two thumbs up.

PS – I was typing as I was listening and just caught the ending. You may want to do a slower fade out as it stops quite abruptly.

I just posted a selfie and all of the responses were get well soon!

I enjoyed this song a lot. Listened a couple of times.

It's vocally, musically and lyrically neat, clean, and lean. For me it has a very cool Elvis Costello vibe. Could have been on his My Aim Is True album along with his hit "Allison".

Tasty economic guitar lead is just right. I like the way you used the title "End of the World" with more than one meaning.

The ending is abrupt, you could fade it.

Wonderful song.

Hi Bob,

As I've said many times on this forum, I love the AABA form and your use of it in this song is magnificent. Your lyrics and melody have really capitalised on the strengths of this song form.

Here are just a few of the million thoughts that raced through my head as I listened: "fantastic vocals", "that's a very impressive way to use the hook", "excellent mix", "powerful melody", "very impressive delivery", "wow".

I loved listening to this one. I'm with Sundance in that this is my favourite song to date from your studio

I'm heading back for another listen now!
Noel

Mario, Austin -

Thanks. I fixed the link. I have a short fade on that one, but it doesn't sound "abrupt" to me. Maybe I'll make it smoother. That's a real track lead guitar (Dire Straights).

Josie - thanks for the kind words.

Noel - thanks very much.

Regards,

Bob

The Band-in-a-Box® Flash Drive Backup Option

Today (April 5) is National Flash Drive Day!

Did you know... not only can you download your Band-in-a-Box® Pro, MegaPAK, or PlusPAK purchase - you can also choose to add a flash drive backup copy with the installation files for only $15? It even comes with a Band-in-a-Box® keychain!

For the larger Band-in-a-Box® packages (UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, Audiophile Edition), the hard drive backup copy is available for only $25. This will include a preinstalled and ready to use program, along with your installation files.

Backup copies are offered during the checkout process on our website.

Already purchased your e-delivery version, and now you wish you had a backup copy? It's not too late! If your purchase was for the current version of Band-in-a-Box®, you can still reach out to our team directly to place your backup copy order!

Note: the Band-in-a-Box® keychain is only included with flash drive backup copies, and cannot be purchased separately.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
