Hi Sep57u60,
The video that you mention that talks about 101 new Realtracks indicates what was added to the
full version of 2013 BIAB/RB when compared to version 2012.5. This is not an indication of what is included with the different package deals.
For example, when I went to the "Sales" page and hovered the mouse over the Pro package, the following information was given to me.
In the Pro package, there are 30 Realtracks available.
As a comparison, when I went to the UltraPlusPak, the below details appeared.

In the UltraPlusPak package, there are all Realtrack sets. This amounts to over 1,000 Realtracks. This particular package is the cheapest deal that has all available Realtracks.
Given that you have the Pro version of the program, there are many Realtracks (over 900) that are not available to you. I imagine that this is why you have grayed out selections. I'm not sure about this, though, and suggest that you contact PG Music directly. They have a toll-free number listed under the "Support" link at the top of the webpage.
As and aside ...
Years ago, when I first started with BIAB, I started with the MegaPak because I didn't want to outlay a significant sum of money in case BIAB turned out to be a 'flash in the pan'.
Pretty soon after playing around with the program, though, I realised that it was incredible value for money. When I looked at what was not available in the MegaPak, I made the decision to upgrade to the full version of the program when the very first special deal was offered. I haven't regretted it. Since then, I've maintained the complete version of BIAB through regular half-yearly upgrades.
Hope this information helps,
Noel
