Hi,
New to BIAB 2013 here. I last had Version 2006, and used it alot to set up arrangements for big band. I never really got excited about it until a friend of mine sent me a track using RealTracks. Wow - Now you're talking!!

Anyway, I am having issues with the Hi-Q feature and Sampletank 2.5 free version. I'm about ready to write it off. Sampletank Support gave me a standard answer and closed the ticket. PG is still open but unable to resolve it yet. I thought I would toss it out here and see if anyone else has had this problem....

Regarding Sampletank 2.5: once installed, I get the following yellow boxed error message when trying to select a Hi-Q instrument:

"Solution is to move Band-in-a-Box instrument folder from here:
C:/Program Files\IK multimedia/Sampletank2.5\Instruments\Band-in-a-Box\
To here:
C:/Program Files\IK multimedia/Sampletank2.5\Instruments\Band-in-a-Box\\Band-in-a-Box\"

Oh yes, and of course I get the "Hi-Q instrumentS not found" as well.
And I did experiment with adding another subfile named Band-in-a-Box, but that didn't work either.

I've downloaded updates, reinstalled, moved files around, checked all over the internet... but not luck so far.

Any ideas?

Thanks for looking.
Anyway, I LOVE BIAB 2013, in spite of this. :-D
