If this is a chart printed by BIAB, or in a BIAB song file, the .d means, don't play (d)rums during that chord. You can read about this in the Help under "Rests".

If it is a fakebook or some such, I don't know. I am familiar with the song, of course; where in the tune is this notation? Can you post a PDF?
