That is why i use my Ipad for that. I can open up splashtop, and set the view to mixer, and all the sliders work in real time. Just remember that is dependant on there being internet connection, unless the ipad has a data plan connection.
You can also get the android version on googleplay for those with android OS.
The cool thing is that you can setup there streamer app on any of your computers and control them on your network.
Not exactly what you want but it works.
