I was a bit confused when I wrote my previous note and did not follow the trail completely. When looking at the VSTi Panel there are three buttons for Presets.
Load Preset which should open to a Windows Folder so that a previously saved preset can be reloaded. However, when used, the program makes a detour by firstly opening the dropdown preset Bank loaded with the VSTi. Now if you highlight a preset from the dropdown list and then press Select you are finally pointed to a Windows Folder which you should have found in the first place.
Save Preset works as it should by opening to a Windows Folder
Rename Preset opens the Preset Bank loaded with the VSTi and allows you to Save a new or revised preset into the Bank which can then be saved with Save Bank.
The program needs to have the unneccesary steps in Load Preset removed.
